EFT or the Emotional Freedom Technique is also known as ‘Tapping.’
It is an empowering, sustainable, free practice anyone may use as medicine to move through any imbalance of the mind and body.
All it requires is your two hands, your voice, an open mind, and consistency.
The way it works, is you tap your fingers repeatedly on different acupressure points on the body, while speaking affirmations that can reprogram your subconscious mind. Since most dis-ease in the body manifests from the thoughts carried in the subconscious, it may help in healing chronic pain and mental imbalances.
I have heard of this technique helping heal people from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and their beliefs/relationship with money.
