All art forms are universal, yet I got to experience the connecting power of music first hand on the Camino. 🙏🏽✨🎶My new friend @sky_star1205 & I crossed paths & she asked, "You're hiking with a ukulele!?"This turned into hours long conversations, sharing songs, busking in Santiago, & dinner with her mom 🥰Even though it added extra weight to carry, it was well worth it to see how much music connects all people all over the world, no matter their origin. 🙏🏽✨🎶Grateful for all the angels on the Camino that got me to share my voice & practice more. Grateful also to the ones that took turns sharing their music with my gal. Emotions were high when I finally got to Santiago.

Emotions were high when I finally got to Santiago. 🌊
The build up of walking 10-20+ miles a day to reach this final destination point was here.
The dream was moments from being accomplished.
Ahhhhhh, it's all happening!!!! SO MANY FEELS!!!Feeling the collective excitement when reaching the cathedral. Seeing the smiles, laughs, celebration, songs, pictures, & tears of other pilgrims.
Sitting down & realizing 'Damn, we actually did it.'You go and get your official credential from the office.
And then that's a wrap - at least for some.
Some walk to the coast. I took a bus 😅Even though it's ended, I feel more happy than sad.
I now am able to fill in what my imagination thought the Camino would be with actual memories.Some people didn't want it to ever end, yet I knew this was just one stepping stone to a another dream.
As they say - 'every ending is a new beginning.'

It’s been two weeks on the Camino yet it feels like two months. Almost to the halfway point and I am still in disbelief that this is my life right now at times. I guess that’s how it feels when you’re living inside one of your dreams.Yet, we must believe something is possible in order to experience it. I’m grateful I started believing.

Day 1 of the Camino Frances route of El Camino de Santiago starting at Saint Jean Pied-de-Port.Highly recommend the Napoleon Route at the start- it was difficult, but the views while walking through the mountains are breathtaking.
